RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you purchase from Kids Collection.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn,unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

How to return an item:

Email us at sales@kidscollection.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
We'll confirm and provide return instructions.
Once returned and inspected,we'll issue a refund or store credit.

Please note: Sale items, accessories and intimates (e.g earrings,hats,swimwear, underwear) are final sale and can not be retuned.
